Job summary

Fiesta Mart in Irving, TX is hiring a Seafood Clerk to join the Store Operations Team. Under direct supervision, the Seafood Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Assists the customers, sets up, maintains and cleans the seafood display cases.

Cleans, fills and rotates the seafood displays. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand and stoop for prolonged period of times. The working environment is a fast-paced grocery store, with physical requirements such as lifting,

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) required for customer interactions.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and labels.
• Comfort with reading product pricing codes and shelf tags.
• Ability to present information clearly to customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers at Seafood displays.
• Set up, maintain, and rotate seafood display cases; keep areas clean.
• Lift and move up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced grocery setting.
