Role Description The Seafood Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Deerfield Beach FL. This position is responsible for sourcing and purchasing a wide range of seafood products, fresh and frozen from local, national, and international suppliers while ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating supplier offerings, negotiating pricing and contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating deliveries with the operations and warehouse teams. The Seafood Buyer will review market trends, seasonal availability, and regulatory requirements to make informed buying decisions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with sales and customer service teams to anticipate demand, and supporting continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
