Quantix SCS, Inc. is seeking a Sea Bulk Liner Technician to prepare containers by installing sea bulk liners in 20’ and 40’ sizes, ensuring liner integrity and compliance with safety standards.

The role focuses on container preparation, liner checks, and area readiness without performing loading or scaling activities. The candidate should be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to follow detailed work instructions, with good verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Properly install sea bulk liners in 20’ and 40’ containers per established work instructions.
• Inspect containers prior to liner installation to ensure cleanliness and suitability.
• Adhere to daily seabulk schedule and ensure correct containers are lined in correct order with correct type of liners.
• Ensure liners are installed correctly, secured properly, and free of damage.
• Log quality inspection points on appropriate checklists and take required photo evidence.
• Communicate container readiness to the Sea Bulk Operator or Supervisor once liners are installed.
• Maintain liner inventory awareness and report shortages or damages to the Supervisor.
• Keep liner and staging areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Immediately report any safety concerns, damaged liners, or container issues to the Supervisor.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.
