Job summary

Daytona State College is seeking a part-time student employee for campus operations. The role includes housekeeping tasks in a salon environment, such as washing towels, organizing supplies, and maintaining clean and orderly spaces.

Eligible applicants must be enrolled in at least 6 credits and meet SAP or have a 2.0 GPA, with preference given to those available Mon–Thu, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., under the Federal Work Study program.

Qualifications

• Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) or have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Transient and Dual Enrollment students are ineligible for student employment.

Responsibilities

• Washing and folding towels and sheets.
• Putting clean towels and sheets in cabinets for use.
• Organizing shelves and putting products and inventory away.
• Filling cleaning products and dusting shelves and cabinets.
• Sweeping and cleaning mirrors.

Job description
