Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to transform data for the safe transport of materials domestically and internationally. The role focuses on SDS authoring and regulatory compliance within the Scientific Insourcing Solutions division.

The position offers remote work options, training, and opportunities to advance in laboratory sciences while contributing to data accuracy and compliance across global regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as chemistry, biology or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of chemical regulatory experience.
  • 3+ years of SDS authoring experience.
  • Strong understanding of GHS and chemical regulatory compliance.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Good database management skills, attention to detail.
  • Experience with Excel, Teams, Lisam/ExESS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Authors Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
  • Completes and processes various types of standard regulatory forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
  • Provides data management and analysis of raw materials.
  • Completes general hazard communication and reviews regulatory information for accuracy.
  • Works in computer applications and systems related to the work: Excel Teams Lisam/ExESS
  • Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
