Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking an SDS author in Illinois to support the safe transport of materials through compliant SDS creation for U.S., EU, and GB regulations. You will transform data for regulatory use and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy.

Tools include 3E Generate and Excel, with a focus on data quality and regulatory detail. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a mission to improve health and safety in communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related field.
• 3+ years of chemical regulatory experience.
• 3+ years of SDS authoring experience.
• Experience with U.S., EU and GB SDS requirements.
• Experience using 3E Generate for SDS authoring.
• Strong data quality and regulatory detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Author SDSs in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
• Process various regulatory forms and related data materials.
• Provide data management and analysis of raw materials.
• Review regulatory information for accuracy and labels.
• Utilize Excel, Teams and 3E Generate to support the team.
