Job summary

Infosys is seeking a QA Automation Engineer (SDET – Python) to build and maintain scalable automation frameworks. You will drive UI automation with Playwright, API testing, and CI/CD integration while collaborating across Product, Dev, and DevOps teams.

The role requires strong QA methodology knowledge, Agile practices, and the ability to translate requirements into automated tests. Willingness to relocate to or work in the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable automation frameworks with Python and Pytest.
• Hands-on UI automation using Playwright and API testing experience.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and test automation in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Dev, and DevOps teams to ensure quality across releases.
• Lead test strategy, regression, and production validation activities.
