Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field (CS, Engineering) or equivalent.
• At least 3+ years of test automation development using Java or similar language.
• Strong interest in technology and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
• Experience building prototypes that are shippable and informed by real-user feedback.
• Self-starter who questions the status quo and learns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests (functional, integration, performance).
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to improve quality and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement of application quality and stability.
• Own the quality of solution delivery within an Agile/Sprint or Kanban context.
