Job summary

Ease Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to ensure the platform stays rock-solid as we scale. You’ll build core automation frameworks and infrastructure to ship AI-native software quickly without breaking.

This is a highly technical, product-minded role. You’ll test AI-native stacks with LLMs and autonomous agents, mirror real-world clinical behavior, and embed automation into CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks across the stack.
• Develop strategies for testing non-deterministic AI systems and LLM outputs.
• Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, confident shipping.
• Collaborate with product and software engineers to bake testability into features from day one.
• Identify edge cases, race conditions, and compliance gaps in complex billing and scheduling systems.
• Help define how we test and where the product goes.
