Job summary

LearnWorlds is seeking an experienced SDET to own automation outcomes across product areas. You will build and maintain reliable Playwright tests in TypeScript, implement the Page Object Model, and guide AI Agents to plan, generate, and debug tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional QA/Software Testing experience with automation ownership.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and POM design pattern.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Ability to write test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and test strategy plans.

Responsibilities

• Own your product area from planning to release, shaping scope and data requirements.
• Choose appropriate testing layers (API, UI, E2E, smoke) to cover risks.
• Build and evolve the automation framework with page objects and typed API clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure testability early.
• Formulate efficient, deterministic test scenarios and strategy plans.
• Own CI end-to-end tests and diagnose flakiness at the root cause.
• Report coverage, risk, and defects with actionable details.
• Direct AI Agents to plan, generate, debug, and maintain tests.
• Develop reusable AI agent skills and machine-readable rules for tests.
