Polaris Inc. is seeking a Sculpting Intern to help transform sketches into digital and physical models for future powersports vehicles. You will work with designers, digital modelers, clay sculptors and engineers in a fast-paced design studio environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in both digital and clay sculpting, with production-representative surfaces and model development activities across multiple reviews and milestones.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s in transportation or industrial design.
• Portfolio demonstrates clay sculpting and digital modeling capabilities.
• Familiarity with design principles, surface development, and 3D form creation.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a multidisciplinary team.
• Available to work onsite full-time during internship.

Responsibilities

• Translate concept sketches into digital and physical models.
• Develop sketch models, concept models, and production-representative surfaces.
• Collaborate with designers, digital modelers, sculptors, and engineers.
• Attend design reviews and present progress, incorporating feedback.
