Job summary

OSU Oregon State University invites applications for fixed term, non-tenure track Instructor (PAC) positions to teach SCUBA courses in the PAC Program for 2026/2027. The role supports a broad range of activity areas within the program and may be reviewed for renewal on an annual basis at the discretion of the program Director.

The PAC Instructor will plan instruction, maintain current knowledge of the field, prepare syllabi, and participate in program meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the field and align with program goals.
• Prepare, distribute, and submit syllabi and course outlines for all assigned sections.
• Participate in meetings and events required by program administrators.
