Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

About The RoleAs a Scrum Master Resource Analyst I, you will support Agile development teams by facilitating Scrum practices, coaching teams on Agile principles, and helping ensure projects move forward efficiently. This role partners closely with development teams, product owners, and IT leadership to support sprint execution, backlog readiness, and resource planning across application delivery initiatives.
What We\'re Looking For- Associate degree or equivalent education
- 0 to 2 years of experience with Agile principles, Scrum methodology, application design, application programming, or project management
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum practices
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with application architecture and design concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Project
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
Even Better If You Have- Scrum Master certification
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies or supporting Scrum teams
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and facilitation techniques
- Exposure to application programming or web technologies
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies quickly
