We’re looking for a Scrum Master based in the greater Chicago area who’s passionate about guiding agile teams to perform at their best. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the catalyst for collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with one or more development teams to enable them to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of various projects.
  • Implementation and improvement of all SCRUM activities and support in adherence to the values, principles and best practices of agile development to foster a productive, positive work environment.
  • Acting as a mediator and conflict resolver between different stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the flow of information between product owner and project team.
  • Coaching and mentoring teams to strengthen agile values, principles, and best practices.
  • Continuous process optimization to enhance team performance and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional experience as Scrum Master.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • SCRUM.org certification (required).
  • SAFe certification is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the automotive truck area is beneficial.
