Devnxt Technologies is a technology company focused on software development, digital solutions, and building scalable technology products. We are exploring AI-driven solutions and modern software engineering practices to help businesses improve productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate digital transformation.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master - AI Product to support a cross-functional product engineering team working on an enterprise SaaS platform with cloud, web, CLI, AI agent, and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.
In this role, you will help establish a transparent and sustainable delivery system, facilitate team collaboration, remove impediments, and improve delivery outcomes while balancing product discovery, engineering quality, AI experimentation, and release commitments.
We value servant leadership, evidence-based decision-making, continuous improvement, and practical Agile implementation over unnecessary ceremonies and process overhead.
What We Are Looking For
- Servant Leadership: Build trust, encourage ownership, coach team members, and address team dynamics constructively.
- Flow and Systems Thinking: Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, unclear requirements, oversized work items, technical debt, and delays in decision-making.
- Evidence-Based Improvement: Use cycle time, throughput, work-in-progress (WIP), delivery predictability, escaped defects, and business outcomes to improve team performance.
- Effective Facilitation: Facilitate planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team discussions to achieve clear decisions and actionable outcomes.
- Product and Technical Understanding: Understand enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, APIs, web applications, CLI tools, and AI-driven software development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agile Delivery and Facilitation
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily Scrum, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure each ceremony has a clear purpose, productive discussions, and actionable outcomes.
- Help the team maintain realistic sprint goals and sustainable delivery commitments.
- Support release planning and delivery coordination.
2. Delivery Flow Optimization
- Help the team break down large initiatives into smaller, manageable work items.
- Monitor work in progress, blocked tasks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Reduce unnecessary carryover, unplanned work, and delays in feedback.
- Encourage continuous delivery improvement using relevant metrics and observations.
3. Impediment Management
- Identify and resolve organizational, technical, tooling, environment, and dependency-related impediments.
- Escalate unresolved blockers to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Track impediments through resolution and ensure accountable follow-through.
- Improve collaboration between engineering teams and supporting functions.
4. Product and Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
- Facilitate discussions around scope, technical trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Improve alignment between product expectations and engineering capacity.
5. Delivery Reporting
- Maintain meaningful dashboards and delivery reports.
- Track cycle time, throughput, WIP, sprint goal achievement, escaped defects, and delivery predictability.
- Communicate risks, dependencies, release readiness, and progress transparently.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Product, UX/UI, AI Research, Cloud/Platform, Security, QA, Customer Success, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate dependency management and cross-team planning.
- Help resolve conflicting priorities and improve decision-making across teams.
7. Supporting AI Product Development
- Help the team plan AI research spikes, technical experiments, evaluation datasets, and model-dependent deliverables.
- Distinguish between committed engineering deliverables and uncertain experimental outcomes.
- Encourage measurable experiments and documented learning milestones.
- Help teams manage changing requirements and uncertainty associated with AI agents, LLMs, and probabilistic system behavior.
9. Continuous Improvement and Quality
- Convert retrospective findings into measurable improvement actions with clear ownership.
- Evaluate process changes using delivery evidence and team feedback.
- Protect time for discovery, engineering excellence, testing, security, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Promote a culture of learning, transparency, and continuous delivery improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and Agile principles.
- Demonstrated experience improving software delivery flow, team effectiveness, and delivery predictability.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams involving product management, software engineering, QA, UX/UI, cloud/platform, data, or AI.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, impediments, and escalation paths.
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD, testing, technical debt, production operations, and enterprise release processes.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to create and interpret delivery dashboards and actionable performance metrics.
- Comfort working in ambiguous and evolving product environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
