Job summary

Standtogether in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for our engineering teams. You will be responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, coordinating rituals across teams, and managing the backlog.

The ideal candidate has over five years of relevant experience and is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation and transformation within a non-hierarchical environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or technical project manager.
• Experience facilitating across internal and vendor or contractor teams.
• Background in a startup, early-stage, or entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies for planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cadence and rituals across teams.
• Maintain and groom the backlog in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
• Track team metrics and surface trends.
