Job summary

Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC in Newington, NH seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead 2–3 Agile teams focused on IAM modernization. You will facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and manage cross-team dependencies, removing blockers and shielding teams from distractions.

Partner with Product Owners and leadership to improve delivery, drive Agile transformation, and strengthen team maturity using SAFe and modern Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional.
• Experience with Agile transformation and organizational change.
• Exposure to cybersecurity access management / IAM.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and agile project management concepts.
• Ability to adapt Agile practices to team needs and align with business objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Advanced coaching and relationship management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience (typically 10+).
• Strong time management across cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 Agile teams and facilitate stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and backlog readiness.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers; shield teams from distractions.
• Partner with Product Owners and leadership to improve team effectiveness and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and guide teams through Agile ceremonies.

This role is focused on modernizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes. The position will manage 2–3 Agile teams and is responsible for facilitating stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, backlog readiness, and cross-team dependencies. The Scrum Master will remove delivery barriers, shield teams from distractions, and partner closely with Product Owners and leadership to improve team effectiveness and delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional, including experience helping teams increase Agile maturity.
• Experience navigating the complexities associated with Agile transformation and organizational change.
• Exposure to or working knowledge of cybersecurity access management, identity and access functions, and/or cybersecurity operations.
• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile project management concepts, practices, and techniques.
• Ability to adapt Agile practices to meet team needs while maintaining alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
• Advanced presentation, influencing, coaching, and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline and 8+ years of related professional experience, typically 10+ years, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
