Overview

As Scrum Master, you will guide an Agile transformation within the IT Governance, Risk, Compliance Portfolio Management function for a leading Luxembourg private bank. You act as a servant leader and Agile coach, helping teams adopt Agile principles, improve collaboration, and consistently deliver value. You will evolve the team's way of working, promoting self-organization, transparency, discipline, and high performance. This role offers the chance to shape Agile culture across cross-functional teams and drive measurable improvements in delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to align priorities and enable data-driven progress.
