Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support the intraoperative team in the operating room. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist with instrumentation, sterile technique, and patient safety throughout procedures.

Candidates should have completed an accredited surgical technologist program (or equivalent experience) and be eligible for AHA BLS. A supportive work culture and comprehensive benefits are offered in Freeman’s fast-paced

Qualifications

• Completed Department Skills Competency.
• Graduate of an Accredited Surgical Technologist Program, Graduate of the Internal Freeman Health System Surgical Technologist Program, or has greater than two years of clinical practice as a scrub tech in a hospital setting.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 60 days.

What You'll Do

Under The Supervision Of The Registered Professional Nurse, Participates In The Intraoperative Phase Of Patient Care.

Requirements:

• Completed Department Skills Competency.
• Graduate Of An Accredited Surgical Technologist Program, Graduate Of The Internal Freeman Health System Surgical Technologist Program, Or Has Greater Than Two Years Of Clinical Practice As A Scrub Tech In A Hospital Setting.
• Aha Bls For Healthcare Providers Within 60 Days.
