Job summary

Lakes Regional Healthcare in Spirit Lake, IA is seeking a Scrub Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in the operating room. This role is part of LRH’s Surgery Department, collaborating with physicians and ancillary staff to plan and implement patient care from pre-op to post-op.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• Six months RN experience required to work in the Operating Room.
• Previous experience as a scrub nurse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room as part of the Surgery Department.
• Coordinate and deliver perioperative nursing care in collaboration with surgeons and team.
• Utilize the hospital information system to document patient care accurately.
