Perigee Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Screw Machine Setup technician for Acme Gridley machines on 1st shift. You will set up and run multiple machines, perform timely changeovers, and ensure high quality output.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical skills, accuracy, and adherence to safety procedures. Requirements include 3+ years setup experience on Acme Gridley and 5+ years operator experience on listed machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years setup experience on Acme Gridley screw machines.
• Minimum 5 years operator experience on Acme Gridley and other listed machines.
• Able to train and supervise screw machine operators.
• Proficient with measuring devices and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain multi-spindle automatic screw machines.
• Perform machine changeovers and setups from layout promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Complete control charts and process paperwork accurately.
• Effectively train operators and monitor quality.
