Qualifications

• Must meet licensing requirements for security officers per local/state regulations.
• Must meet specific skills, certifications, and authorizations for assigned accounts.
• Knowledge of security operations, fire inspection procedures, and various safety devices.
• Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and streamline potential safety issues within the facility.
• Identify security shortfalls and provide recommendations to enhance the security program.
• Read and apply Screening Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor traffic flow through screening checkpoints.
• Perform handheld wand searches and walk-through metal detection searches.
