E&H Ace Hardware is seeking a detail-oriented Screen Repair Associate to join our team in Dublin, OH. You will repair and fabricate window and door screens, and perform small equipment maintenance while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include quoting repairs, updating customers on timelines, and assisting with store operations and merchandising. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior screen repair or small‑tool maintenance preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential.
• Able to work independently or as part of a small team in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and rebuild window and door screens to customer specs.
• Fabricate screen frames and reglaze glass as needed.
• Order and replenish screen repair materials and maintain inventory.
• Greet customers, offer repair advice, and provide pricing information.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and transactions and ensure pricing accuracy.
