Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with hand tools (e.g., utility knife, spline roller, measuring tape).
• Experience measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete hands-on tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform screen repairs and replacements, including cutting, fitting, and installing screen material for windows and doors.
• Assist customers by assessing repair needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Measure, assemble, and rebuild screens using store tools and materials.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Accurately price and process repair orders through the point-of-sale system.
• Communicate estimated turnaround times and keep customers informed of repair status.
• Stock and replenish screen repair materials and related inventory.
