You will handle quotes, repairs, inventory tasks, and guide customers on screen/window solutions. A High School diploma and mechanical aptitude are required; prior screen repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior screen repair or small equipment maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and rebuild window and door screens to customer specs.
• Fabricate new screen frames and reglaze glass as needed.
• Provide repair quotes and explain services clearly to customers.
• Assist with inventory purchasing and maintain supplies.
• Greet customers and advise on materials for custom screen and window solutions.
• Maintain records of repairs and transactions.
