Screen Printing Press Operator

Full Time 07A - Operatives Appleton, Appleton, WI, US 1 Attachments

Salary Range: $18.50 To $20.50 Hourly

POSITION:Screen PrintingPress Operator

HOURS:1st Shift Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm

2 nd Shift Schedule A: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm to Midnight, Friday 3:00-7:00pm

Schedule B: Monday - Thursday, 3pm to 1am (Rotating every week)

PAY: 1st shift: $18.50 per hour

2nd shift: $18.50 per hour +$2.00 per hour shift differential = $20.50 per hour

As a screen printing press operator, you will be making our customer’s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.

• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.
• Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
• Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
