Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking cooks for a Full Scratch Kitchen at Ivy Park at Hayward, a premier senior living community. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Interactions with residents and guests are encouraged, and we emphasize teamwork, hospitality, and high-quality meals. Applicants should have 2–5 years on a fast-paced line or prep line, the ability to produce flawless dishes promptly, and clear, friendly communication with staff.

Qualifications

• Line cook on a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB Tests.
• Vaccination/health screening and PPE per regulatory guidelines.
