Didion Orf Recycling Inc in Missouri is seeking a dependable Scrap Yard Utility Operator to move materials, load and unload, and assist across Retail, Production, and Shipping & Receiving. You will operate skid steers and forklifts, perform general labor outdoors in varying weather, and join a safety-focused team with flexible daily priorities.

Competitive pay at $20–$22 per hour with quarterly incentives after 90 days.

Mansioni

Safely operate skid steers and forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize recyclable materials.
Assist retail operations by unloading customer materials, sorting scrap, and maintaining an organized work area.
Support production operations by moving materials, preparing scrap for processing, and assisting with daily production needs.
Assist Shipping & Receiving with loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Move between departments as needed to support changing operational priorities.
Perform general labor duties, including sorting, stacking, cleaning, and organizing materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
