Job summary

Steed Global LLC seeks an on-site Leader for off-site scrap removal projects, overseeing data entry accuracy, ticket matching, BOL oversight, and revenue tracking while driving maximum daily haul volume.

You will coordinate trucks, verify tickets and payments, manage customer communications, and lead a safety-first, high-accountability team across multiple sites with a focus on timely cash collection and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in scrap removal or related logistics
• Experience leading vendors or field teams
• Strong data auditing and discrepancy resolution
• Excellent communication and problem solving in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead daily vendor check-ins and chase targets
• Ensure 100% accuracy in tickets, BOLs, and payments
• Coordinate 10+ truckloads weekly to meet schedules
• Maintain customer relationships and drive improvements
• Provide real-time updates and project reviews
