Job summary

Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a motivated Restaurant Server. You will be the face of the dining experience, greeting guests, describing the menu, and guiding guests through their culinary journey.

Bring 2–4 years of food service, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and superb communication. You will work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate orders and timely service while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Descriptive menu selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Describe menu items and guide guests through the culinary journey.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate bill presentation.
• Resolve guest concerns to leave them happy.
