Job summary

Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City in Overland Park is seeking scorekeepers for our adult rec basketball and youth flag football leagues. No experience is required—we will train; you will record scores, foul calls and keep game time.

This part-time role includes setting up the playing space before games, light cleanup after events, and acting as the game-day point of contact while enforcing league rules and policies.

Description

We are seeking Scorekeepers for our adult rec basketball and youth flag football league. No experience necessary - we will train!

Job Type: Part-time

Essential Functions

• Record scores, fouls and keep time for games
• Set up gym/field before games
• Light cleanup after games
• Gameday point of contact for league questions
• Enforce league rules and policies

Schedule

Sundays from 7:00am to 12:30pm or Sunday 11am to 5:00pm

Physical Requirements

This position is primarily seated for the duration of the shift. Also need to be able to lift up to 15lbs. in order to set up for scoring table as needed.
