Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, analytics, BI, FP&A, or related function.
  • Strong attention to detail with financial and performance data.
  • Solid Excel skills for building and validating analyses.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or ability to build queries and manipulate data.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication to translate analysis into business commentary.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset to partner across Finance, Strategy, and Field teams.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to take increasing responsibility.
  • Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Support recurring production, validation, and maintenance of manager scorecards and field reporting.
  • Analyze banker productivity, client performance, and portfolio trends to identify drivers.
  • Test, validate, and implement modernized scorecard analytics with finance partners.
  • Prepare summaries and commentary for Finance, Strategy, and Field stakeholders.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using Excel and SQL/Databricks/Alteryx as needed.
  • Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validations for reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain standardized reporting templates, scorecard definitions, and process documentation.
  • Support development and enhancement of dashboards and analytics for sales, banker, and client performance.
  • Contribute to new analytics connecting productivity, client characteristics, and profitability insights.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring processes and improve tooling.
