Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee in Warrenton, VA is hiring a friendly Barista to craft quality beverages and provide exceptional service.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, open/close shifts, maintain a clean store, and help create memorable experiences for each customer while enjoying flexible scheduling with a franchisee as employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance to established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries).
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed.
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
• Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
