Summary:
The Physical Therapist 1 is an entry level clinical role position. The PT is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines. The physical therapist will supervise support staff, and assist the team, the Director of CRM, and satellite manager in any tasks they might need in compliance with federal and state mandates and SCOI practices.California State licensure is a requirement.

Education and Experience:
Language Skills:Ability to read and understand simple to comprehensive instructions, correspondence, memos, medical reports. Ability to write detailed correspondence, reports and policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information to patients and other employees of the organization. Ability to express oneself in writing to best portray a patient’s progress.
Mathematical Skills:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and verbal form. Ability to recognize problems or issues, determine an action plan and implement in an orderly and timely fashion.
Computer skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate proficiency in SCOI systems and computer applications in general.
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: A valid California PT license in good standing. Certification in specialty and/ or treatment techniques preferred.
