Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC in Seattle seeks a WMS specialist to provide hands-on WMS configuration and end-to-end system integration. You will work with clients' resources and project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.

You will perform functional and integration testing, train users, support Go-Live, and maintain post-startup operations while coordinating with vendors to meet specifications and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide WMS expertise to project team and collaborate with client resources and stakeholders.
• Update Service Delivery Manager on project status and issues.
• Ensure WMS is integrated and conforms to specifications across systems.
• Develop testing strategy and execute tests for Manhattan WMS; report results to client.
• Coordinate training and go-live support, plus post-startup stabilization.

Job description

• Ability to provide WMS expertise to the project team and work closely with the clients dedicated resources and project stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
• Providing updates to Service Delivery Manager.
• Must-Have Hands-on system configuration of WMS, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that WMS is properly integrated from end-to-end with all systems and conforms to specifications.
• Create functional requirements and use cases.
• Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs Collaborate with the vendor and client to perform software testing and report on quality metrics.
• Experience in developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the Manhattan WMS solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing training client personnel, developing training documentation, executing training, etc

Good-to-Have
Having Manhattan Active WM experience, definitely preferable. Technically skilled WMS resources will be a significant plus. Strong Oracle SQL, PLSQL skills. Experience with developing complex reporting SQL, packages, procedures, views, etc. JSON experience, Postman experience a plus. Experience with Manhattan WMS System Monitoring and Log Analysis.
