Job summary

Dashing Diva is seeking a data-driven Inventory Planning Assistant Manager in Port Washington, NY, to help optimize retail inventory health and forecast alignment. This role focuses on data, reporting, and risk identification, collaborating with Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain to improve stock levels and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will analyze sell-in/sell-out gaps, monitor coverage by retailer and SKU, and support S&OP processes while maintaining dashboards and item master data.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in inventory planning, demand planning, or retail supply planning.
• Experience analyzing retail sell-through and inventory performance.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience supporting S&OP processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Planning.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

Dashing Diva is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Assistant Manager to support retail inventory planning, demand analysis, and S&OP activities. The Assistant Manager will analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory coverage, and OOS risks across major retailers, helping ensure inventory health and forecast alignment between Sales, Planning, and Supply Chain. This is an analytical support role focused on data, reporting, and risk identification.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor inventory levels and coverage by retailer and SKU

Preferred

• Experience in consumer goods, beauty, or retail industries
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar)
• Bilingual Korean/English a plus
