The Opportunity

LG's Vehicle Component Solutions (VS) Company (https://www.lg.com/global/mobility) focuses on environmentally responsible automotive components and core solutions using LG’s proprietary technologies. As a leading provider for global car manufacturers, VS supports emerging trends in the vehicle industry.

Position Details

Duration: 6-month contract, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities of the SCM Analyst
  • Oversee inventory planning, procurement, and warehouse operations
  • Manage warehousing, transportation, packaging, and border compliance
  • Coordinate shipping orders with 3PL based on OEM demand, ASN verification
  • Handle inventory transactions, including receiving, shipping, and adjustments
  • Perform daily inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
  • Review 3PL KPIs to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure timely arrival of materials and resolve backorder issues
  • Follow up on customs clearance, taxes, duties, and CBP issues
  • Analyze data and present reports to management (L/T, DIO, forecast, inventory status)
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience in reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and warehouse planning
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills for complex customer and supplier issues
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS systems
