Job summary

System High Corporation is hiring a Construction Surveillance Technician I to support SCIF and SAPF construction efforts. You will perform day-to-day security, assess risks, and ensure policy compliance in a sensitive environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance to start; a TS/SCI with polygraph may be pursued later. Expect on-site duties, safety training, and coordination with government agencies as part of a national-security mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience
• SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience
• Must possess a Secret clearance to start and be willing to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph

Responsibilities

• Assess, identify and communicate recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures or systems.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities and potential risks.
• Draft security incident reports and briefs to government and civilian agencies including senior leaders.
• Manage uniformed escort personnel and related logs; train and brief site security duties and reporting.
• Follow and enforce SOPs; perform miscellaneous admin support as directed by site lead or Senior Security Representative.
• Conduct inspections of materials for secure space construction; document steps to support accreditation packets.
• Photograph and continuously monitor the construction of secure spaces.
