JCTM in North Carolina is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician to support DoD and Navy security programs at MCAS Cherry Point. You will apply ICD/ICS 705 security measures, coordinate schedules, and document requirements to protect classified information during construction.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years in security management, and the ability to work with government personnel and contractors.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 3+ years of security management or construction security experience.
• In-depth knowledge of IC, DoD, and DoN policies.
• Experience with SCIF construction surveillance and CSPs.
• Ability to work independently and with government personnel and contractors.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Security Manager in ICD/ICS 705 security goals.
• Coordinate secure facility planning and design and accreditation readiness.
• Conduct construction surveillance per CSPs and ICD/ICS 705 requirements.
• Monitor uncleared personnel and access within controlled areas.
• Prepare detailed security reports and incident documentation.
