The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and rigorous adherence to SOPs while coordinating with security teams and site leaders. The position requires active SECRET clearance and offers on-site work with potential TS/SCI with polygraph in the future.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required to start; ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.
• 1+ years of related experience in security or surveillance roles.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 construction requirements and blueprints is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies and communicates recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems.
• Identifies threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks to secure construction sites.
• Drafts security incident reports and briefs government and civilian agencies including military senior leaders.
• Manages uniformed escort personnel and associated logs; trains and briefs site security duties and ensures timely reporting of security incidents.
• Follow and enforce customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform administrative support functions as directed by the site lead or Senior Security Representative.
• Inspects materials delivered for use in constructing secure spaces and documents steps for final accreditation packets.
