Job summary

Koniag Government Services, via its Kadiak, LLC team, seeks a cleared Access Control Specialist to support Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will staff escort desks, guard entry points, and ensure SCIF/open storage access complies with security requirements.

Qualified candidates have TS/SCI clearance, a Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and at least 3 years of security experience, plus a high school diploma. Flexibility to rotate shifts and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide security briefings/debriefings.
• Professional, customer-service oriented conduct.

Responsibilities

• Staff escort desks during designated hours; be flexible to cover shifts.
• Shift to alternate location as needed with little notice.
• Guard designated entry points during operations.
• Conduct clearance verifications using approved government systems.
• Ensure personnel entering SCIF/Open Storage have required clearance or are escorted.
• Issue badges/IDs per policy and monitor badge system.
• Monitor CCTV footage and maintain activity logs.
• Assist with escort duties for visitors and maintenance personnel.
• Control items entering/leaving SCIF with proper documentation.
• Notify authorities when unauthorized entry is detected.
• Attend operational meetings and provide security input.
• Open/close SCIF; activate/deactivate alarms; coordinate with MP.
• Evacuate occupants when required; coordinate with SSR.
