Bayer is seeking a Scientist in Oncology Research in Cambridge, MA to join a fast-paced research program. You will plan and perform experiments, analyze data, and present results to support the development of cancer therapies.
You will generate data, troubleshoot assays, and contribute to cross‑team activities across RED ONC and R&D. The role requires a Bachelor of Sciences with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $94,560 - $141,840.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
Additional benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
