Qualifications

• PhD degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field, or MS with minimum 3 years of industrial experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience running ELISA, qPCR, or similar and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and document results.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments to develop multiplex biomarker assays.
• Apply lab skills to generate high-quality data for new technologies and assays.
• Maintain accurate records of reagents, methodology, and results; perform data analysis and report results.
• Examine impacts of multiple variables on assay performance and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate with in-house engineers to integrate workflows onto Alamar's instrument platform.
