Job summary

  • MS or BS degree with stated industry experience requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, analyze, and document laboratory experiments related to the development, optimization, and validation of new immunoassays and other assays.

  • Troubleshoot experimental methods and instrumentation.

  • Support partner teams including Production, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Marketing.

Job Summary:

The Scientist II applies scientific principles to solve complex technical problems and support product development, validation activities, and technical service initiatives. Experience Requirements:

  • M.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or biomedical engineering with 1–5 years of industry experience, or
  • B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or biomedical engineering with 5–10 years of industry experience.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ability to work safely with chemicals and biological agents, including cell lines.
  • Ability to use precise motor skills for repetitive laboratory tasks.

Work Location: Waltham, MA

Targeted Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/yr
