Job summary

Aequor in Ridgefield, CT seeks a Laboratory Technician to join the Spatial Biology Lab. You will perform experimental work including sectioning FFPE tissue blocks, conducting IHC and ISH in single and multiplex assays, and imaging. All work is documented in a laboratory notebook.

You will also prepare reagents, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and support data analysis as needed. Effective written and oral communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
• Experience with FFPE tissue, IHC and ISH in single or multiplex assays is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform experimental work in the Spatial Biology Lab, including FFPE sectioning, IHC and ISH (single and multiplex).
• Conduct imaging and support data analysis as needed.
• Prepare reagents and maintain a clean, organized lab environment; document all work in the lab notebook.
