Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in applied microbiological or molecular research.
• Strong hands-on laboratory experience, including experimental design, execution, and data interpretation across microbiological or molecular techniques.
• Experience adapting scientific processes to meet specific project or customer requirements.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments supporting biological products.
• Demonstrated ability to author technical documentation, laboratory protocols, and scientific reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute bench-scale experiments across multiple concurrent, small-scale projects.
• Adapt existing microbiological and molecular processes to meet specific customer requirements.
• Apply strong scientific judgment to ensure rigor, quality, and reproducibility in all lab work.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
