Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a highly skilled analyst to perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products. The role involves running chromatographic systems, preparing samples, and maintaining documentation for GMP compliance.

The candidate will set up and validate new analytical processes, execute method transfers, and maintain laboratory equipment on a full-time basis with regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong attention to detail; sound scientific logic; good oral and written communication; ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with Biochemistry techniques.
• Familiarity with Electrophoresis and Chromatography.
• Familiarity with aseptic technique and handling biologic samples.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Run instrumentation independently including various chromatographic systems.
• Prepare samples for analysis and run instrumentation with minimal supervision.
• Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department.
• Prepare standards and samples for analysis.
• Execute method transfer protocols.
• Document work for GMP compliance.
• Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment.

• Familiarity with aseptic technique and handling biologic samples ( monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, antibody-drug conjugates, vaccines)
• Possess a basic understanding of instrumentation used in a Biochemistry lab.

Position is full-time position, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
