Job summary

Pacelabs is seeking a Scientist I to perform, support, and oversee the analysis of air, water, and soil samples in a lab environment. The role requires maintaining and calibrating instruments and meticulously documenting procedures and results to ensure data integrity.

The position runs Saturday through Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a compensation of $16.00 per hour. The salary offers will reflect geographic location, experience, and internal equity, and may include additional factors as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM related degrees or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM related degrees — or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. We are happy to provide training!
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment, including standing for extended periods, working around strong odors, and wearing required PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves—all provided by Pace®).
