Pay range and compensation package

• Annual Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000+ (negotiable based on qualifications)
• Research Startup Funding: up to USD 400,000
• Housing & Settlement Support: up to USD 400,000 (talent housing, rental subsidies, or property purchase assistance)
