Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Pilot Plant Operations Scientist in Mason, OH to join our client’s Oral Care MPD team.

You will execute dentifrice batch-making, coordinate material readiness, and maintain production records to support product development programs. You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues, ensure quality and safety standards, and work closely with scientists and technicians in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Several years of hands-on experience gained in academic or industrial settings.
  • Experience in analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing, or calculations.
  • Strong scientific/engineering skills with foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation and application.
  • Ability to solve significant technical problems, influence technical project direction, and work effectively in a fast-paced R&D manufacturing environment.

Our client, a consumer goods company, is seeking a Pilot Plant Operations Scientist to join their team. As a Pilot Plant Operations Scientist, you will be part of the Oral Care MPD organization supporting scientists and technicians involved in product development programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $63.20/hr
